Dogs
Doorbell - AS SEEN ON BBC BEST INVENTIONS 2002
Although
many
of us own well
trained pets there is a problem after they have been let outside.
We either stand by the door waiting for them to return, or we
close the door and forget that they are still out. Then they
either scratch the door or jump up at the door handle inan attempt
to gain access which damages the door, resulting in an expensive
replacement. Or they bark. If we leave the door ajar heat escapes
and cold and rain enter.
Remedy for
the problems...The Dog's Door Bell.
No wiring
required, no cutting access hole, no security risk, no barking,
no scratched doors, no heat loss, no waiting for the dog to
return, no rain and wind penetration. It is a wireless chime
which plugs into UK power point chimes when your pets want
to gain access by depressing a platform/transmitter placed
outside the door, this sends a signal which activates the chime.
The diameter of the platform/transmitter is 5.5 ins x 2.75 ins
for ease of operation robust yet sensitive to the touch, can either
be placed near the door or fixed in position. The Dog's Doorbell
has been featured on local and national television, papers and
radio throughout the UK. Dogs
take to this readily and are easily trained. This is a solution
which will give you a more relaxed life and make your pet feel
more at ease
TRANSMITTER........The
transmitter takes the form of a circular platform of robust
construction with screws and rawl plugs included to fix it
in position if required. It is powered by a 12volt alkaline
battery which is included. When pressed anywhere on the top
surface it will send a signal to the chime. Please
press platform to test
CHIME.......This
bell is powered by mains electricity supply and can be plugged
into any 13amp point. It sounds twice on receiving one signal
from the transmitter.
